Mgr. Markéta Káninská

M.Sc. Markéta Káninská graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, from which she graduated in 2010 with distinction. She started her legal practice in June 2006 as a legal assistant in a medium-sized law firm. She remained in the legal profession for more than seven years, during which she focused mainly on civil law and corporate law.

She left the bar in September 2013, when she started working as a notary assistant and later as a notary candidate with Mgr. Šárky Sýkorová, notary public based in Prague. From 1 July 2017 to 31 December 2018, Mgr. Markéta Káninská as a notary public in the district of the District Court Prague – East. With effect from 1 January 2019, Mgr. Markéta Káninská appointed notary in the circuit of the District Court for Prague 4 to the vacated notary office for JUDr. Daniele Hofmann.

Beyond the scope of notarial work, Mgr. For many years, Markéta Káninská has devoted herself to publishing activities as the author of contributions to handbooks intended for legal practice and the professional public for Verlag Dashöfer, since 2016 she has also been working as an accredited guide for people with visual impairments, and last but not least, together with two other colleagues, she participates in organizing regular informal meetings of Prague notaries with cultural and sports themes.
